EPIC Outreach exists to inspire compassion by sharing information through humane education, networking, and outreach to create a kinder world for people, animals, and the environment.
One EPIC Farm
The long-term goal for EPIC Outreach was always to create a mini farm education sanctuary where rescued farm animals could feel safe and people could come and visit with them to learn how amazing they are, and they are more than what's on your plate!
In 2019 the founder of EPIC Outreach bought a 7-acre farm and OLIVER (the pig) was a part of that deal. He was a former stray pot bellied pig who was rescued. Oliver is an amazing creature who loves to follow people around the farm, play with his doggie friends, and soak up the sun while digging for roots and bugs to eat.
Along with Oliver, 2 rescued horses also came to live on the farm with several barn kitties. Other farm friends will join over time. All the animals will be rescued and will serve a purpose to share information while teaching love and compassion for all things. We invite you to come for a visit!
Taz and Kody
TAZ is a rescued boy about 10 years young. He was left in a field in December of 2017 and needed to be gone by Christmas or his fate was unknown. Luckily a rescue group took him into their program that works with kids. TAZ was used in their therapy riding program all throughout 2018 until they realized that TAZ really liked having one person only rather than being ridden by multiple people at different times. The rescue group let founder Jessie adopt TAZ and he now lives on One EPIC Farm.
BINO is a "foster" pasture mate for TAZ who is about 6 years young. BINO's history is unknown and he has trust issues and cannot be ridden. He is super sweet as a pasture pet and loves apples and carrots.
You can meet both horses at One EPIC Farm.
